Tiny Harbor Town
★★★★☆ 4.1
Tiny Harbor Town is the definition of a comfort game. You inherit a rundown seaside port and slowly rebuild it — repairing docks, opening little shops, welcoming residents with their own small requests. There's a gentle economy to balance but nothing that will stress you out.
The charm is in the details: townsfolk wave as you pan the camera, boats putter in and out with the tide, and the day-night lighting shifts in a way that made me leave the game open just to watch. It's the kind of thing you dip into for ten minutes and lose forty to.
It's light on long-term challenge, so hardcore sim fans might want more systems to chew on. For everyone else, it's a lovely, low-pressure place to spend evenings.
